What is funny is the way the "old woman" really does look like a man.
Also, "her" shoes don't appear to fit properly either.

So, who or what is "she" talking to? Perhaps the most important
question is why is nobody taking any notice? Did people talk to
themselves all the time then? And its not like regular phones
were common then either? Or is "she" simply having a conversation
with "her" hearing aid?
