Not exactly in a brilliant mood tho: so many people just plain stink (in terms of offalcatory offenses not their views). Still, at least that bagpipe player's stopped.

Postal strike, well public sector workers generally: 1.Don't those idiots on the Right realise that if a lot of the services that are provided publicly were provided privately, they'd cost a hell of a lot more? A good example is the ridiculous costs of healthcare in France and the US.
2.If important services were privatised, people would realise how ineffective the market is at proividing important needs .
3.Why not privatise the Police? Same argument, same reasons: the reason for the State is it's economic not political (ie organised violence) dimension.
