Bais against genre films

The following is the letter of complaint I sent to the BBC regarding their ignorant review of Guardians of the Galaxy:

The film review I saw on Saturday night I found to be very ignorant of the sci-fi,comic and space opera genre. Having previously seen the film in question(Guardians of the Galaxy) I have to object to the film having no plot, the characters no morals and the film having no humour (it was hilarious by the way). The reason I am complaining is the way genre films are portrayed and then dismissed as uncultured wastes of time in mainstream media plus the inaccuracies in the review. Did Mr Solomons actually watch Guardians or did someone from the Daily Mail give a brief description for him? It is frustrating and insulting when reviewers watch a genre film then give a review which basically consists of "there were lots of spaceships and people with funny names and then I got too confused and fell asleep".
